Feel Good Art

Feel Good Art? Who says art can't make you feel a specific way? Imagine walking into your favorite room and gazing at a colorful piece of art hanging on your wall and feeling your entire body and mind relax!

New science studies support the astonishing discovery that shapes and colors have a direct and immediate effect on your mood and feelings. The neurons and synapses in your brain detect and react to change the way you think and feel. I was inspired by this idea. Your environment, your stimuli, what you view, what you hear, what you smell, everything around you changes your total life experience day to day. These art pieces are experiments in that concept. As I created each of these artworks, I had specific feelings and thoughts which led me to title them as I have: Feel Good Art.
